As a full-time REALTOR®, I have a passion for providing additional market insights to my clients, other REALTORS®, and the media. In 2014, I co-founded a comprehensive market trend report for the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®. As a past chair of the Market Trends Committee, I continue to provide insights on the data that affects the housing market.

I have been in the real estate industry for 20 years as Director of Sales / Associate Broker / Partner with the firm Danyliw & Associates LLC. in Littleton, Colorado.

In 2012 I served as a director and state director for the newly formed Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (the largest local association in the state of Colorado). In 2018, I was honored to be named REALTOR® of the Year by the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®.

In addition to being a full-time REALTOR®, I am an experienced real estate photographer & videographer. I continue to emphasize the use and development of technology to produce top results.
